I’ll take most projects on, but in some instances I’ll need to pass on providing service. Sometimes it’s just not a good fit for either party. Any music containing hate speech will not be accepted for my services.
Refunds.
I don’t really offer them. I provide a service that takes up time and it’s hard to offer a refund on a service I completed. Lets figure out a way to make us both happy. Communication is key.
